Since our products are handmade, Usually, the estimated arrival time is about 10-40 business days after you place an order.

It depends solely on the Sculpting Time in addition to the Shipping Method you select during checkout. Additionally, the ship-out date of your bobblehead is directly affected by the number of changes you might request (every change will require additional 2-5 business days).

Standard production time: 10-15 business days 

We have very skilled artists who can complete the product design within 3 working days at the earliest, not including the shipping time. Please note the delivery date in the order, we will add an emergency label to your order to ensure delivery within the time you specify.

How will I know my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may take up to 10-15 business days to process before they are shipped due to customized work involved. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update

Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.

 

Return Policy

Due to the highly personalized nature of our custom-made bobblehead products, we are not able to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.We provide proofs which will allow you to the ability to ensure that the sculpting and paint,during these steps revisions can be made, the artists will make some further modification as your require to make it just exactly what you are looking for. Revisions can and will effect delivery times, therefore multi-revisions will normally exceed the expected delivery date as we need your email authorization to proceed from step to step.

 Sculpting, especially when the subject is a human,is a very subjective process. Our specially-trained artists find distinguishing characteristics and accentuate those to create a likeness however if you expect to receive a Michelangelo or a Picasso Custom Bobblehead this product are not for you and we strongly suggest you do not make a purchase as all sales are final. 

 In the rare case that you get a damaged product(within 7 days based on the original delivery date of your package), we may ask you for photographic proof of the damage and problem description as well as request you contact our customer service department within 48 hours of receipt; customer service can be contacted at taodcrgf@gmail.com and you must include your order number.

 Our factory will remake the same one for you after received the photographic proof of the damage. And we still will offer you the process proof to get your confirmation. 

Refund Policy

Refunds Before Shipping

Bobbleheadcraft offers a "No questions asked“  money back guarantee that is valid during the creation process of your custom figurine. This means that you can cancel your order anytime pre-shipping. In order to avoid non-serious orders, a cancellation fee of 40% will be deducted from the payment you made when ordering(Refund 60% of the order amount + shipping fee).  This refund policy does not apply for bulk orders. In case you order more than one custom doll, the prototype (first sample) will be treated in accordance with our "No questions asked" money back guarantee, however, after the approval of the prototype by the customer, no more refunds are possible for the complete bulk order. 

Refund after seeing the finished product: After sending the finished product photo, it means that the product has been completed, we have paid high labor costs and material costs, and support a refund of 30% of the order amount + shipping fee.

Refunds After Shipping

Since bobbleheads are 100% customized products, secondary sales are not possible. Once the products are shipped, we do not support refunds! If you need a refund for special reasons, you must contact our customer service first. We do not accept a unilateral refund and return service!

Damages During Shipping

Our bobblehead dolls are very well-packed, and damages during shipping rarely occur. However, if this unlikely event happens to you, we will provide you with a replacement doll free of charge. In order to utilize the shipping insurance, we kindly ask our customers to open the parcels in the presence of the person making the delivery. Please file a report with this person in case of any damage and please provide Bobbleheadcraft with the file number and photos of the damaged dolls. The replacement doll will be shipped to you within 15 business days after providing the required information and documentation.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
